Need Username and Password?

You have two easy ways to get your username and password!

You may request it by way of email.

OR

Call the school secretary as listed below.

When requesting PAM usernames and passwords, please make sure to include the following information:

Your First and Last Name:  
Student Name(s):  
Student's Date of Birth:  
Your home address:  
School Contact Person Phone Number

 Introduction:

Parent Assistant allows parents and students to access student information via any Internet access at work or at home. Parent Assistant uses a secure web access to serve the family and improve the effectiveness of the parents.

All parents/guardians will receive a unique User Name and Password for accessing their student’s information. The eSIS server and school web site provide the needed security between the viewer and the confidential teacher records. The specific student information can only go to the person holding that students unique User Name and Password.

Below is an example of the logon screen that you will see.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Please note that when you log onto PAM, the grade that you see at first is the total average for the class.  In order to see the current grade period average, you will need to make some changes to the view.

Here is how to see current grade period average:

Click on the Details of that class in question and a new window will appear.

In the Report Term: drop down menu, select the current term (MP1=1st marking period, MP2=2nd marking period, etc.) and click Display.

The current grade period average will be displayed at the bottom left corner of the screen.

How do I see the current grade period average?
Here is how:

How will I get my user name and password?
   
For the students:    First or second period teachers will distribute user names and passwords when available.
    For the parent/guardians:    You can request it using the instructions below.

What if I didn't receive the letter with my user name and password?
   You will need to email Tony Daniels , the Technology Coordinator
or phone @ 330-759-7658.  When emailing, make sure to include the following information:

Your First and Last Name:  
Student Name(s):  
Student's Date of Birth:  
Your home address:  

Can I change my password?

    No not at this time.

A special Note about emailing--If I do not respond within 2 days, please call.  Your email may be blocked with our spam filters. Thanks for your understanding.
   

What if I forget my password?
   
You will need to email Tony Daniels
, the Technology Coordinator
or phone @ 330-759-7658.  When emailing, make sure to include all your children's names that are enrolled in Liberty Local Schools along with their date of birth and your home address.  I will also need your first and last name.

Can I see all my children's grades with one user name and password?
  
 Yes.  If you do not see all your children, please email Tony Daniels
and let me know who is missing.  Please provide detail.

Update student and parent information and how to add your email address:

Please follow these instructions to update student information in the PAM system.

After logging into PAM as a parent (student accounts do not have permissions to update),

Hover over General Info on menu bar and click on Demographics.

Verify all information listed.  If you have more than one student, make sure to select each student listed to verify accuracy of each student.

At this time, we are most interested in the Home Phone No. listed under the PROPERTY ADDRESS DETAILS SECTION.   

To make changes, click in the box and make the necessary changes. 

After making the changes, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Submit Change Request button.

To add email address, hover over General Info on menu bar and click on Emergency Contacts.

Verify all information listed.  If you have more than one student, make sure to select each student listed to verify accuracy of each student.

On this screen,  under Emergency Contact Details, you should see names listed to contact in case of an emergency.  Click on Details to verify the data listed.  If changes are necessary, close the Emergency Contact Details window and click on the Change button.

In the Change Emergency Contact window, add or make any changes necessary. Please provide an email address if you would like us to email you information.

After adding or changing information, click the Save button.

It is possible to also Add A New Emergency Contact.
